Farah Ann Abdul Hadi undergoes a rigorous six-day a week training routine, with four to six hours of specific exercises daily to maintain her weight and agility as a gymnast. The tough training regime is necessary to keep her at the top of her sport. Nothing will keep her from giving her all to bring honour and glory to her country.


Out of the gymnastic arena, the pan-Asian lass prefers diving as one of her favourite past time activities.
